"Karen has a special gift to see deep inside the human condition and pinpoint the vital issues which lie hidden at the roots of the problems with which we wrestle in our lives. With a gentle confidence, she has sensitively led me out of a place of dark despair and despondency into a place of bright light where there is hope of a positive way ahead. She has been an amazing source of support and inspiration as she skillfully guided me along the journey to recovery with an unerring respect, awareness and understanding of my feelings at every stage. "Karen’s style is very gentle, but with a certain firmness to keep accountability. Karen’s efforts extend beyond our sessions, and it is apparent that she thinks about our sessions at different points in the week, sending articles, images, mantras, worksheets, or videos that might be helpful outside of the sessions. I feel that Karen is able to deeply connect with and understand her clients."

"The awesome thing that helped me was the calmness and trust I had with you from the day we met. As our conversations went it takes a lot for me to trust anyone, let alone so quick. It was also pleasant to talk with someone that could remember our previous conversation. Believe me, I could not recommend you highly enough. I think it was the TRUST factor that all of us had a secret too tell and we could do that with you without feeling uncomfortable."
